Working principle

The air enters the adsorber (equipped with special molecular sieve for oxygen production) after being filtered, dedusted and pressurized by the blower. The nitrogen in the air is adsorbed by the molecular sieve, while the oxygen is rarely adsorbed, and it is enriched in the gas phase. As a product, it is discharged from the tail end of the adsorber, so as to separate the oxygen and nitrogen to produce oxygen rich. After the adsorbent adsorbs nitrogen to a certain extent, it needs to be desorbed and regenerated so as to restore its oxygen nitrogen separation performance. The unit uses roots vacuum pump to empty the adsorber for adsorbent desorption and regeneration. When the adsorbent is in the regeneration process, it can not produce oxygen. In order to make oxygen production continuous, generally more than two adsorbers are set. When one adsorber is in adsorption operation, other adsorbers are in regeneration operation. Each adsorber is in adsorption, regeneration operation and periodic switching, so that the oxygen production equipment can be stable and continuous.
